This article explains how to whitelist and/or blacklist an email address or domain. When an address is whitelisted, the spam filter will allow it any email from that address to pass through to the mailbox without scanning it. When an address is blacklisted, the spam filter will block any email from that address regardless of its content.
- Log into the Reflexion dashboard at https://asp.reflexion.net/ using your Reflexion credentials
- Click User menu in the left-hand menu.
- Click Allow List or Block List depending on whether you want to add a whitelist or blacklist entry.
- Click New Entry
- Type in the new email address or domain.
- Click the Create button.
We recommend against whitelisting common free-use domains such as Gmail, AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo. Generally only specific sender addresses from those domains should be whitelisted.
