If your phone is able to receive email, the best way to connect your Exchange account is through Activesync or BlackBerry access for the most robust capabilities. If you are not able to connect through those methods, you are able to use a POP/IMAP connection.

Please contact your system administrator or wireless carrier regarding the specific instructions for each mobile device, but when asked for the email server please use: 

Exchange 2007: mail.securembox.com
Exchange 2010: 
Exchange 2013: na02.msexchangeoutlook.com

NOTE: Activesync is the only connection that we can troubleshoot. Setting up a POP account on your mobile device will pull all email from the server resulting in all email will reside on the device. POP is ill-advised.
