The Control Panel allows administrators to easily convert a Full Access mailbox to a Resource Mailbox. A Resource Mailbox can be used to schedule common company resources, such as conference rooms, equipment, and more.

1. Log into the Control Panel interface at https://my.securembox.com with an administrative user.

2. Under My Current Services, click the Mailboxes link.

3. Select the mailbox to be converted and click Convert to Resource Mailbox at the top of the mailbox list.

4. Once the mailbox has been converted, you may access the resource mailbox settings from the Resource Mailboxes link under Service Management.
