The number of email messages that can be sent from a single mailbox is 250 messages per hour. Additionally a single email can not be addressed to more than 200 recipients.  For sending messages above these limits, we recommend using a mass mail service dedicated to sending large quantities of mail.

Please note that sending large numbers of email that result in excessive bounces or complaints, or that appear to be spam-like, may result in a suspension of email services.
